What a Worn Roller Sounds and Looks Like

The bottom rollers are different. They sit in the bottom brackets under full cable tension, so the door is clamped and the spring tension controlled before those come out. Anyone who tells you the bottom bracket is a simple bolt has not seen what happens when it lets go.
